For 30 years I have been a public servant; first as a Los Angeles Police officer, and now as your real estate agent.
No other agent knows the San Fernando Valley from the professional and personal perspectives that I do.
I am a graduate of Claremont McKenna College where I majored in political science. As a police officer I rose through the ranks, ultimately achieving the rank of captain. I was born and raised in the San Fernando Valley, where I have lived all my life. I am an active member of the business boosters association for the Devonshire Area of the LAPD, and I am a member of the Porter Valley Neighborhood Council. I belong to the North Valley YMCA in Porter Ranch.
I will bring to your real estate transaction the insights and aptitudes associated with being a member of the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, the Southland Regional Association of Realtors, and the Pet Realty Network.
First and foremost, I work for you. No other agent will work harder, with more enthusiasm, with more integrity, and with more commitment to your best interests than me.
Your life doesn’t stop because you are involved in a real estate transaction. I understand that. I will honor your confidentiality and privacy. I will handle the telephone calls, the showings, the contacts, and all of the myriad responsibilities involved in bringing your real estate transaction to a successful conclusion, minimizing the inconvenience to you and your family. Even after escrow closes, I will continue to serve you and your needs.
As a homeowner myself, I appreciate the needs and concerns you have regarding your real estate transaction. I have been there. And now I am here, for you.
